Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is part of a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.

HCA is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Perth.

Reporting to the Service Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining all branch records and documents
  • Coordinating Capital Expenditure Authority
  • Administer branch tooling through the company Fleetwave System
  • Undertaking of QA internal audits
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance and company policies and procedures are followed and implemented
  • Carry out quotations for Service/Sales requirements
  • Administer HSE items and reports
  • Opening, preparing and closing jobs
  • Develop options manuals
  • Assist with day to day administrative duties related to the toolstore
  • Assist with general service administration tasks

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated similar experience in a branch and service orientated administration role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
  • A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
